Older Adults
Our Older Adult Community Services Program offers counseling at the clinic and at home. In addition, we offer a variety of psycho-education classes and support groups in the community and at senior centers and residences in the area.
Older Adult Community Services (OACS)
Specially trained staff members provide in-home and community-based mental health assessment, treatment services, psycho-educational presentations, and specialized training for other service providers.
The Agency participates in a regional multi-disciplinary task force to coordinate and enhance comprehensive services for older and dependent adults who reside in the West Valley and as far as the city of San Bernardino.
Eligibility: 60 years of age or older residing in the West Valley of San Bernardino County and as far as the city of San Bernardino, who are experiencing disparities in accessing mental health services or also require assistance with wellness, home, and personal safety, access to transportation, social isolation, or suicide prevention.
